Google Tech Talks April 16,2007 ABSTRACT There are many common misconceptions about nuclear power that can be proven to be false, even among people with a variety of opinions. For example, it is often stated that nuclear power plants are very large and cost at least a couple of billion dollars. However, ever since there have been nuclear power plants, there have been some that have been small enough to fit inside submarines. One of those submarines is only 12 feet in diameter and could fit on half of a football field. It has also been said that nuclear power plants must operate at a nearly constant power level, yet they can power both submarines and aircraft carriers through extreme maneuvers....

PSY GOA TRANCE... This is the first time I've ever uploaded anything and im not happy with the terrible loss in audio quality (so sorry). What is an ace track suddenly sounds crap. I used a cd rip to mp3+wmv made in windows movie maker. Any tips on software or compression or anything on how some of you guys get such great quality audio? Also- have youtube changed the &fmt=18 thing because a lot of stuff now comes straight up in stereo? Thanks so much for any advice because I want to post loads of really rare stuff! GOD I LOVE TRANCE & YOU TOO!!!

A classic scene from Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty for ps2. The game acts as if you've been killed, but the "Mission Failed" is replaced with "Fission Mailed" and you're still playing the game in the small viewing window. Explaining for those who haven't gotten this far. You just entered the virus into Big Shell, which corrupted any electrical device in the structure. With the Skull Suit and fake blood Raiden was sporting, he was getting effected as well, which messed with his perspective of real and fake. The Metal Gears have always been known for their mind-boggling death simulations. Any hardcore fans who have played mgs3 would know with the river scene.

A few exciting things about blepharisma . 1)They are generally filter feeders and feast mostly on bacteria. 2)The larger the food eg. Small protozoa such as colpoda and euglena, increases the likelihood of culturing cannibal giants. Stressed conditions such as a dwindled food supply will also give rise to cannibal giants. 3)Although binary fission is the mode of reproduction in a satisfactory environment, conjugation tends to occur in a stressed environment. In stressed environments, multiple conjugation also tends to occur. It is interesting to note that although conjugate pairs exchange genetic material during the process, sometimes this isn't the case. Sometimes after conjugation, some of the blepharisma actually reproduce via a modified form of parthenogenesis.

The device in the King test was dropped by a B-36 bomber flying out of Kwajalein Island. While perhaps not the largest deliverable fission bomb possible at the time, it was certainly pushing close to the practical limit. With such a large amount of enriched uranium (more than 4 critical masses) the bomb was skirting the edge of criticality safety. A 45cm chain made of aluminium and boron filled the central portion of the bomb to absorb neutrons and prevent accidental detonation, it was removed just before the bomb was dropped. The shot was delayed for 24 hours due to bad weather. The live shot was preceded on the 8th November by a dummy run with a mock Mk-18 (T-59) bomb. The target consisted of brightly painted oil drums mounted on pilings arranged in a cross and fitted with radar reflectors to improve accuracy. Nuclear fission is a nuclear reaction in which the nucleus of an atom splits into smaller parts, often producing free neutrons and lighter nuclei, which may eventually produce photons (in the form of gamma rays). Fission of heavy elements is an exothermic reaction which can release large amounts of energy both as electromagnetic radiation and as kinetic energy of the fragments (heating the bulk material where fission takes place).
