"Project Soundwave" is a photographical documentary on Sacramento's Day of Silence march through the streets of Downtown Sacramento on 26 April 2006. The documentary entered it's production stage three weeks prior to the event. It debuted on 28 April 2006. The documentary is created to inspire, influence and call for action.
As a whole, "Project Soundwave" is the name given to the DVD in which this main video is contained. The DVD is not publically released and is available only by request.
(Post-release information: The photos were taken as members of the Sacramento community marched to the Department of Education building and then to the Capitol building.
