Poverty-stricken Mexicans in search of a better life are risking everything to cross illegally into the US. With security tightened on many sections of the border, would-be illegal immigrants are forced to cross over inhospitable and dangerous terrain. More than 1,600 people have died in harsh desert areas in the last eight years. Al Jazeera's Franc Contreras reports from Arizona.
