So these two people raised this lion cub who they named Christian, and sadly he got too big for them to take care of so they decided to release him to live as a wild lion. Well, in this footage, a year has passed and it looks like Christian's adapted to living with a pride of lions when his old friends come back to visit him. Watch closely and you can see the look of pure disbelief that dawns on his muzzle- it's awesome. ^_^ Next thing you know, we have a heart warming reunion. Not long after, members of Christian's pride approach and even they seem to accept Christian's human friends. Again, THIS IS NOT MINE! Here's a perfect example of what happens when you show an animal love. ^_^ Christian was brought up by two humans and here he is greeting one of them. The Italian opening theme to the Sequal series to Kimba The White Lion- "Onward, Leo!" in Japan, and "Leo the Lion" in the US (Man does the American name to the series sound lame...). Here, you can see Kimba all grown up with his cubs- tho you see more of Rune than Rukio in this one... In fact, I don't think you see Rukio in here at all. o.O! Shown WAAAY back on May 10th, 1998 to tease the HECK out of Lion King fans for their upcoming sequal that was scheduled for release on video on October 26th of that same year. Yep. 5 months of torture. XD I like the fact that they have a clip of Mufasa in the clouds that you don't see in the final version of this song that's in the movie. o.o! This is the Japanese intro to the ORIGINAL 1965 release of Jungle Emperor in Japan- which came to the US as Kimba the White Lion in 1966. This is the Japanese intro in all it's glory- and if it loads right, we're set. :D What makes me appreciate this so much is this: This is the first colored anime in Japan. Imagine years of watching cartoons in black and white in your country, and then all of a sudden you get THIS! With vibrant colors and everything! Such is the power of Jungle Emperor- and then some. And right after the "Kovu's Bug" scene, Nuka and Vitani rush in to tell Zira the news about Simba's cub. So... there ya have it! Any sign of family bonding on Scar's side was wiped off so they could keep the movie with a one-sidded "good and bad" point of view... which I think contradicts the whole "We Are One" thing, but anyway.... That, and I don't know what they'd do from Nuka's like "I can do that" to the start of the next scene which is Kiara, a little older and bounding out to explore. :p Taken from lionking.org. ^_^ I don't own Lion King, or it's sequals OR these cut scenes, so don't come and eat my first born, M'kay? *holds up a Kimba plushie*
