This were some paintings I did between 2006 and 2007. They are small, each one measures 20cms (8 in.) of height. The width varies from 25 to 30 cms (10-12 in.) I was working with the 5 senses as my main theme, I worked with the mouth(taste) ones during 2005-2006. Right now I have stopped the series, as I'm working on other projects. Get the cd from: http://rapidshare.de/files/38708013/Yoko_Kanno_Song_to_Fly.zip.html This are some of the pics I take while working on a painting. My painting process is very slow, it takes like 6 months to complete a painting. The reason of it being so slow is that I combine very thin layers of opaque paint with others of transparent paint. That's a technique called Glazing. Every layer has to dry before the other is applied, it can take from 2 days to one week for one layer to dry. I haven't counted how many layers I put, as every painting is worked to its needs, but they are definitely not few. César Córdova Proceso pictórico

I chose the cows because we use a lot of products from them in our everyday life and most of the time we don't associate what we use with where it came from.
